We will visit your site to further discuss your project needs & answer any questions you might have.
We will take all the necessary measures that we will need & conduct any tests that are required for us to prepare a quote for you.
Within 48 hours we will contact you with drawings & a quotation regarding how much everything will cost.
This will give you the opportunity to go through everything in your own time & we will answer any questions you might have.
Once you are totally happy with everything we can go ahead and have our contracts drawn up & signed with a start date agreed.
If your project requires any planning or consent from your local council we will coordinate with them to have everything in place before any work starts.
Work begins! We will start your project on our agreed date. Firstly we will prepare the site for a safe working environment & protect anything that might require protection.
Throughout the project, you will be informed at every stage about everything that is happening within your property. You will receive regular updates & progress status from us in the form of pictures & diagrams
Our snagging team will ensure to go through every last detail with you one-on-one & correct anything that might come out. This will ensure that your property is exactly the way you want it to be!
We will clear any rubbish from your property and bring in a professional cleaning company to ensure your property is left spotless.
We will arrange the final signoff with your local council and provide you with all the certificates & documentation required.
